Yes - steady hand, steady eye, tweezers and a lot of luck.

There are videos on soldering smd components on youtube
      http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EWeAOemTY_E
However before going to a lot of effort you can "piggy back" it that means put a new fuse on top of the old one. You could even use a non smd fuse to try

You need to get the correct rating

Thanks!!! Now, I´m wondering what was the root cause that blows the fuse.

CuriousInventor makes excellent soldering videos. Excellent focus, clarity, and great explanations on WHY the techniques work or not work.

If you are new to this forum, we can help a lot more if you please post clear focused pictures (max resolution 2000x2000 and 2MB) of your boards using the manage attachments button so they are hosted here. Information and picture clarity compositions should look like this post.

We respectfully ask that you make some time and effort to read some of the guides available for basic troubleshooting. After you have read through them, then ask clarification questions or report your findings.

Please do not post inline and offsite as they slow down the loading of pages.

Like I suggested you could just piggyback it.

If you are sure it is open, its not going to matter if it breaks.

Obviously you are going to need a few extra tools - like this - hah hah

Or you could do this http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TyUm6hJ2vK0

I really would like to know why the fuse went away, cuz If I replaced it what are the possibilities to blow up again?

I am sure that Budm's workshop could match that. Might not be as organized though.

The second video would be the way that I would do it. If you have a practice board have a go at taking them off and putting them back on that will give you the confidence to do it.

I have a friend that can do the job. Let´s see if I can find the replacement.

BTW: Has someone take a look to the Caps measures I uploaded?

                      Any thought?

Do you know if Dell sells the entire board?

                      Thanks in advance!

Are you talking about F1 on the USB/SUB power supply board?
