    HP w2007 LCD Monitor Problem

    Greetings! Can you guys help me? I have a Hp w2007 LCD Monitor, the problem is I'm having a white screen display. It has power but it only show white display. Thank you for the reply. Sorry for bad English

    Check all cables - clean and reseat the one to the panel.
    May be a fuse on the tcon board.

    We can help a lot more if you please post good clear pictures of the whole chassis, and then pictures of each board, front and back and close up of connectors, (max resolution 2000x2000 and 2MB) using the manage attachments button, which is found by clicking "go advanced" under quick reply.

          I haven't but I will try. and I see a burnt part of the ribbon cable or LCD cable? I'll post pictures. I think it might be the problem.

            Yes- cant see too well but if you mean the end three contacts yes they do look damaged and might cause the problem. Try gently cleaning them and flattening if bent more than it appears. You should also check if the socket is damaged/ burnt as that would be more difficult to repair/replace.

              the top right 3 pins? they do look different not sure why unless it was seated incorrectly.still try cleaning it and putting it back in to see if it works.
              edit selldoor beat me to it! i was slow at typing lol
