    Ok...Im getting into electronics. And i would like to build a Capacitor and resistor box for testing when i building my amps and guitar stomp pedals

    You can't build a capacitor or resistor decade box for what I see them for on eBay.

      But are we talking about boxes that can deal with high voltage from amps. It would have to be able to take 650 to 1KvDC
