Viewsonic VX2835WM No picture or power led

Hey guys. Need some additional info regarding this monitor and the fixes i have read for it. I have replaced the two caps on the mainboard as they were doming. When back together the screen flashes on the right side repeatedly butdoes not light the whole screen. I tested the power board and was unable to get any 5v between the pb and the mb. Flashing happens as soon as its plugged in and i can hear clicking(presumably from a relay) that stops after a few second but the flashing continues.

like any board! probable more then just the 2 caps gone! post pics makes it easier! would say cold side of psu has dead caps as well!
