    dont wire your caps WRONG!
Things I've fixed: anything from semis to crappy Chinese $2 radios, and now an IoT Dildo....

Excuse me while i do something dangerous

You must have a sad, sad boring life if you hate on people harmlessly enjoying life with an animal costume.

Sometimes you need to break shit to fix it.... Thats why my lawnmower doesn't have a deadman switch or engine brake anymore

LOL! Just as he was saying it.

The question is, was it wired correctly? I can't tell, it could be and it was just over-volted which cause it to explode, unless I see the perf-board and see how he has it setup, I question it.

It doesn't look like the red wire is soldered to the ground of the cap.

He seems to have mastered the design and construction of various types of voltage to smoke converters.

Some of the comments are funny. Like it isn't obvious he's joking.

I do stuff like that all the time. If I made videos, they would look like that, but they wouldn't be staged.

I'm sure everybody here has seen sparks once. I remember my first multimeter I ended up with one probe sorted than the other when I was troubleshooting a power supply...

I guess that's the difference between a 'putzer' and an Electronics Engineer.
Putzers make things that go BOOM!
