have any of you removed an integrated graphics bga from a motherboard and boot it to see if it works. my mcp61sm and radeon hd6850 don't play nice. bios is set to auto ( only auto or integrated crap option) and it's pissing me off.
The IGP is integrated in the northbridge, so no, the motherboard will not work without it.
