    something is wrong today

    something is wrong today
    i have asus F5z that fires up only after heatedup so do a reflow and about 205c i hear puf and ic goes to short.
    next i wanna reflow ati GPU SB820 that not vanna showing picture so i heatid it to 195c to be sure it dont crack but after reflow it have one shorted power rail.

    it is so low temp that i canot understand why this happend. any help?

    Moisture trapped inside the chips. Try longer preheating times, 15-20 minutes at 120-150C.

      but will be board ok after that long heated time? aint be bending?

        If it's set nice and straight on the station, it will not bend.
