    I did this test on some IF filters I am currently selling at the time on eBay.
    My first choice in quality Japanese electrolytics is Nippon Chemi-Con, which has been in business since 1931... the quality of electronics is dependent on the quality of the electrolytics.

    The bandpass response of that filter looks terrible, probably because the filter was not set up before testing with correct source and load impedances.
    Is it plugged in?

      doesn't appear that the source and load impedances are matched.. what's the working impedance of that filter?
