What board would cause the pip to get stuck and can't turn off on this 50'' plasma tv.One of the boards is bad because when you push pip on remote it says not avaible.Also all the inputs are not high lighted on the menu.I have replaced the main board for another reason about 2 months ago,now just started stuck pip with static in the block,main screen has good picture with DVD playing.

Yes and I'm pretty sure the main board is at fault,already ordered another
