Lg60pc1d plasma clicking on and off, no pic/sound

I plug in the tv and all i get is repetitious clicking on and off.
i unplugged the YSUS BOARD from the power board and I get one click and then it turns off. Any advice?

I think I have boards for that set. The upper Y buffer is shorted and and Ysus needs repair. SMPS and Zsus, as well as other boards tested good. I even have the blower if you need it. One ribbon had a tear in it so I had to give it up.
