Toshiba C650 Not charging and not working with charger on

Hi , I have the following problem ...

Toshiba C650
MB: 6050A2368301-MB-A02 REV.1

I have a Toshiba C650 not charging and not working with charger on , this is already the second I get the same problem , the other decided replacing the mosfet Q6002.
I replaced because I get 19v to the Drain and I get varied between 3V ~ 5V to the Gate, changed and solved problem.

In this case,I get 19v to the Drain and I get varied between 0V ~ 2V to the Gate, but this time the Source only get 4V~8V.

In R6036 is supposed to get 19V but only shows 0V ~ 2V,
in Q6004 is supposed to get 19V but only shows 0V ~ 2V,
in R6005 one side get 19V at the other side oscillate between 4V~8V.
In Q6000 get Source 0V Gate 0,08V Drain 4V~8V,
in Q6001 get source 4V~8V gate 4V~8V drain 4V~8V.
In D6005 1,2,3, get 19V
in D6000 2 get 1,55V and 1,3 get 4V~8V.

Replaced Q6002,Q6005,R6005 and the result was the same.

I'm suspicious that measuring the U6000 has the following ...

PIN 1 = 0 ~ 2V
PIN 2 = 0 ~ 2V
PIN 3 = 0.07 V
PIN 4 = 0V
PIN 5 = 0V
PIN 6 = 0.6V
PIN 7 = 4 ~ 8V

With pin 3 that low, R6016 must be open. And there must have been a reason for it happening.

maybe the U6000 is short?

i have exact problem with that MB, i replace U6000 (i think it is MAX-im IC) I think i have one left

I have a similar model machine a Toshiba Satellite C650-1CT that is totally dead no lights on the front etc.. I have posted a new post someone said it could be Bios but I just stumbled across your post and wonder if I could have a similar issue?

The motherboard in mine is a 6050A2355301-MB-AO3

I have a similar model machine a Toshiba Satellite C650-1CT that is totally dead no lights on the front etc.. I have posted a new post someone said it could be Bios but I just stumbled across your post and wonder if I could have a similar issue?

Take a look at the schematic in the first post. Power the laptop from the AC adapter only and test the +VBAT voltage. If its 0V, check for +VBAT short to ground.

My friend i have a big stock of those IC only for this notebook.
the problem is U6000 change it.

you need to do QFN soldering with hot air and iron for finish on pins.
