    Vizio E422VL Lightning

I picked up this TV from someone that said this happened during a lightning storm. Backlight comes on and stays on and main board fuses are good have 5 and 12v coming in. I noticed all the caps circled have about only 32 ohms resistance between both sides. This looks like the area that would be the "t-con". Any thoughts on what to check? I also reseated ribbon cables which was the problem in a similar model I had recently but that didn't do it.

Anyone have input on this one?? There is only a power board and a main board. Is it worth looking at the low resistance between the SMD caps above or is it possible that is normal? Could it even be something on the panel circuit boards??

first unplug that wifi board incase it's freezing the cpu

now does the remote or buttons do anything, or is it playing dead?
and do you know the pinout of the psu to check all voltages and activate the invertors?

I unplugged the wifi board no change.

It will turn on and off with buttons but responds intermittently. I was asking about the low resistance between those capacitors.

anything over 10ohms is probably o.k.
