Quick resistor question.

Hello, fixing a Vestel 17PW16-2. C878 had failed and next to it is R971.
Red, red, gold, gold is 2.2 ohms, but what type of resistor is it ?
Can someone source a correct one from http://uk.rs-online.com/web/ for me please so i can complete my order.

Yes, 2.2 ohms. It looks like a carbon film type. I can't be certain about the wattage, a 1W should cover it.
You can get a better idea by measuring the body length.

probably ½w - fuseable resisters can be surprisingly big for the rating.
