bios dump for toshiba satelite P200D-12O

The model is toshiba satelite P200D-12O
motherboard is LA-3831P
It has power but doesn't power on so I'll try reprogramming the bios first.
anyone has it?

First when wanting a bio's you always need to upload the original it's needed to compare with update ..but i'm sure in your case it just a bad N/B ATI-RS690MC heat it to 100C if laptop come alive you need to replace ...the chip it self is bad nothing to do with solder balls here is schematic if needed

Luckily I have backuped the old bios [attached file]
I tried to reprogram the bios but I'm not sure if I found the correct one.
Toshiba doesn't host bios for vintage notebooks - too bad, HP does.
Usually with AMD CPUs the problem is the northbridge [I do reballing].
This time I wasn't sure as it doesn't fire up - usually they do.
I'll try reballing and reflash old bios.
Will post the results.

After reballing it booted normaly.
I'll try how will last and then consider replacing the chip.
As the chip is worn out can you tell me the model is 216LQA6AVA12FG?
