Unfortunately, you won't find a replacement part -- it will be custom made for this power supply.

What makes you think it has failed and requires replacement?

I think there may be something wrong with it because when I checked the voltage at C927 in the center of the board the power fluctuates up & down. Even when I replaced it with a new cap it did the same. When I checked connector output voltage CN951 the voltage on the pins were not enough to initiate a start voltage on IC chip. I pulled the diodes & checked them & they were good so I am at a stand still at the moment. I am not sure if I should replace the rest of the caps or if the board should just be replaced.

That can be indicative of a short circuit or bad PWM controller.

Re: Having trouble locating the following part

Is the voltage on the main BIG cap steady? If that is an Elite it may not be good.

Are you doing the voltage checks with it all connected under load.

What was the initial problem - doesnt switch on?

The initial problem was it didn't switch on. I started checking with everything unplugged from the power board with the power board being my first starting point since it didn't turn on (no life at all). The large cap has steady voltage, the diodes were good because I desoldered them & checked.

You cant really have both? I suggest you connect all the boards and do the voltage checks - some need the load and some voltages may not even start if the main board is not connected to the power supply.
