Couple of those voltages look low
I assume no responsibility for any stupid suggestions I might post.

What voltage should be? What points I have to check?
Ps.: Here is another picture what I got after connecting a Tablet to the HDMI port. Here could be T-con problem or not?

            T-con voltages (typical)
            1. Vin (Vcc): 12Vdc or 5Vdc
            2. Vlogic,LCM, Vddd,VCC): 3.3Vdc
            3. Vda (Vs, Vsource,VDD, Vdda,Avdd): 14Vdc~20Vdc
            4. Vgh (Vgon,VGHR, Von, Vddg): 20Vdc~30Vdc
            5. Vgl (Vgoff,VST,VGHF,VGHEVEN, Voff,Veeg): -5Vdc~-7Vdc
            6. HVDD about 8v
            7. DVDD,VDDC 3.3v, 1.2v
            8. VCOM about 5~10vdc
Would also check gamma voltages. Need picture of t-con

You could post vgma1-18 voltages in order

                    Re: Samsung - LE32A457C1D - screen artifacts

There's a tcon that looks the same on ebay for £3.25 delivered.
I'm pretty sure the gamma voltages will be off.
What's the markings on the component top right ?

Thank you for your quick reply. It's:
                      MAXIM
                      MAX9590
                      ETU905
                      NTP60CB
                      It is the chip IC15

Thanks, as suspected that is the gamma IC. However if a tcon is £3.25 delivered, there's not much point replacing the IC.
I've marked the points that show where the gamma voltage test points are.

You were right, my friend. There are no volts at all. Is that mean if there are no volts on these points, the gamma IC is broken and resoldering this IC will fix T-con board (in this case)? Or it is not worth to do soldering jobs when this model of T-con cost a few pounds only?

This The washed out image certainly looks the same as when the more common AS15 gamma ICs Fail. Those tcons can cost over £15 and commonly over £30 so replacing a 50p part that takes 5 minutes to replace is worth doing.

In your case it looks like the tcon at £3.25 delivered is cheaper than the IC that has to come from China.

I would have expected some volts on those pins, but I still think it's worth just replacing the tcon.

Thank you, my friends, for the help and time, spent for me. T-con ordered. I'll let to know what happens after replacement.
