How to interpret markings on a MOV?

S10 K150 0410 are the identifying marks on an RU brand (the "R" is printed backwards) MOV for a PSU in a Brother fax machine. It's a 110 volt unit that got plugged into 220 volts. The fuse is popped and so is the MOV. Visual inspection doesn't show anything else burned, all diodes and capacitors are good.

That is the 10 mm diameter, 150V rating. You ccan use 20mm also, it will have more Joule rating.

"0410" means the part was manufactured in the 10th week of 2004. OTOH, the "RU" with the "R" reversed is the mark of the safety agency UL, meaning that the part meets applicable UL standards. Adding to what budm said, 150V is the maximum voltage at which the part is guaranteed not to "fire".
