    Samsung un39fh5000f Power issue?

Hello beautiful electronics people. I have on me a 39" Samsung LED tv. The tv appears to not turn on properly and I shall explain to the best of my knowledge what is happening.

Upon plugging in the tv, I hear the Samsung start up tune. It's that tune most of the newer samsung tvs have.
Then the standby light blinks 6 times.
The tv shows no picture after that nor any time during this "boot" process. I've held a light up to the screen during this "boot" to see if it could just be bad backlights but do not see anything onscreen.
I will also note that after the boot process finishes if i use the singular button underneath the standby light will flash, almost seeming to be recognizing input.
I've tried holding the button in to see if i could reboot the tv but the light just constantly blinks.
I've read online where someone had the same tv where they had it blinking 6 times and it was related to a firmware problem after someone messed with the service menu.
I've opened the tv and found no obvious signs of damage to the boards.
If this is related to the firmware, does anyone know of a way to possibly factory reset the tv to clear the settings?
If it's not that, what are the next steps I should take?

Thanks everyone for reading and to everyone who helps contribute

I would at least check the DCV at the D+ of the LED connector.
I had to replace two strips not too long ago, there are 3 strips connected in series.

D+ (there are two of them, you can check either one of them) is the label on the LED connector CNL802.
You will have black probe on the chassis, red probe on the D+ then turn on the TV and see if the Voltage rise up higher then 210VDC and then come back down after 3~4 seconds, record those readings.

Samsung BN44-00666A is the model of the power board. In terms of the reading, I seemd to be getting a rather continous reading of around 205-210V. I can try retesting it but that was about what i'd get.

You have open circuit in the LED string. If you look at the Voltage chart on the board, you will see 135 VDC for the LED supply Voltage when it is loaded with working LED string.

My apologies, I'm afraid I just realized I made a mistake. I took the reading while the connector for the LED's was not connected. I will reconnect the cable and redo the test.

Ok I redid the reading with the connector on. I am still getting g over 200v continuous. So I agree that I have a bad LED string. Obviously the next step is to disassemble the panel. Once I get that far. How would I go about diagnosing the led strip or individual leds. Or would it be advisable to replace all 3
