Samsung No Picture Red Blinking Light

I have a Samsung UN55H6203AF. Just a red blinking light when power is plugged in. I notice the red light reacts to the remote if a button is pressed. Looked at t the power board. Looks clean. Nothing burnt. All caps look fine. Power board is BN44-00774A.

Try disconnecting the jack from the Main Bd that come from the Pwr Bd and see if the LED backlights turn on and remain on. You would see the backlights ligting from the holes at the back.
