toshiba satellite L645 shut down after 15 seconds

this one very strange to me the motherboard only have cpu and intel chip no gpu no south bridge. i already change intel chip but same.the display is ok and with out the hdd it also do like this.i am sure its not a thermal issue.......any suggetions

I think CPU non polar capacitor problem.Pls check it.

i have same problem.
l645 15-30sec turn off,
chipset was replace, caps vcore replace and added 2x 330uf.
windbond io ic replace.
rehot/reflow all power chip, and cpu socket..

still same problem won't turn on more then 20sec

check inductors, resistors and ceramics caps, the problem hiddin there

remove lan ic and sound ic and check again?
