    Dlink G624C

had this router for aboute 2 and a half years and its been fine just recently started having pages time out and now no pages will load at all over ethernet connection

I managed to get to the config page once and also found out that the wifi still works fine but I like my wired ports

I decided to open it and (you guessed it) one of the cap tops has buldged up

    the details
    Capacity: 1000uF
    Voltage : 25v
    Brand : Evercon
    Dim : 1cm across 1.6CM high
Series : RE (only 2 letters I could find)
    Temp : 105*C
    Other : E63C

thats as much information I could find on it
(any other info I would need to get a replacement?)

Im ok with a soldering iron but unsure as to what will be a sutable replacement if anyone could link me a cap on maplin or ebay (or other UK suppler) I would be greatfull

    Evercon = Sacon = GCS = Capsun
All crap. - Should ALL be replaced.

Currently they've disappeared from the web.
Probably to think of a new name so someone will buy their crap.

I'd upload the whole data sheet but this sites size limit is pathetically small and can't handle most PDF's.

    RE 1000uF 25v shows: 13x21mm, ripple=1580, esr=0.038
    Panny FC should be prefect.
    RC 1000uF 25v shows: 12.5x20mm, ripple=1655, esr=0.038
