No red

LG 42LC4R -2007 model.
Came in with no power and 5 bad caps, which I replaced and it came on nicely, except that there is no red colour - very weak picture with a little bit of red if Standard setting is selected.
On Standard and/or Dynamic is very weak.
Only under "User 1" and/or 2 I get a bright picture, but no red.

Check LVDS cable is fully seated. Try full factory reset. Check Red Gain and Red Offset in the service menu, if available.

Thanks a lot for those suggestions.
LVDS cable was carefully checked as soon as I noticed the fault and it was firmly plugged in; even shook it a little to make sure. It's not it.
Also the resetting in the menu doesn't help a thing.
Since there is a minimal amount of red when on dynamic picture [only gives a dark picture], but noting on User, I'm puzzled.
