It's worth of seeing the raw READ / WRITE bandwidth test results when sometimes SDR beats DDR. Not speaking about the extremly low latencies at such clocks...Anyways Pyro, at what clock is your RAM ? Don't know if that board supports asynchronous, but I assume it does.

I think it could go to 200 at ease. Chips are rated 142MHz CL2 anyway
