19 inch monitor display a white screen

Hello all I have a mag lcd monitor model 2200w when i turn it on the screen goes white for a few seconds then turns off.
I have checked the power board 200-000-1700tlbmh and all the caps seem normal.
The other board 200-100-2226w seems fine
any help would be appreciated.

Have you a valid reason for double posting - it just wastes our time. Suggest you let this die and go back to the other thread.
