National Capacitor "RX" series . . .

Anyone have a data sheet for the RX series from National Capacitor? The few links I've found go nowhere.

looks like the middle one may be leaking around the bung.
those are huge for that value.
these are early low esr types.seen these in older apple power supplies.

SUPER huge, I have a bunch of 470uf 25v UCC KY that are 10x16 and would probably run circles around them for ESR, but I wonder what the ripple rating on them would be. You'd figure ripple would be pretty decent on something that size, even if they really are circa 1986 . . . but they can't be THAT old . . . can they?

Sprague (Vishay) used that type of negative line drawing on capacitors in the past.

Probably "National capacitor" was bought by them or something like that in the past.

"PeteS in CA" may know more about them, he seems to know his history well.

Yeah, they're probably from '86 as it says on them.
