GNR TS902W suddenly no power , help

    Hi

I have joined this magnificent community, to pick your brains
I hope you people don't mind

I have an 19" WXGA TS902W LCD Monitor made by GNR and has been working great until now. It just suddenly turned off. No power no signal

I have checked the power outlet and cable, fuses all good.
I have checked the graphics card pumps out signal on other monitors

I have checked the caps on both boards including the power board and have had a second opinion who has informed me that the caps look fine.

There are no burn marks nothing on the boards and no internal fuses
    The IC looks fine

I am clueless why this would happen and as it has would like this LCD fixed.
Reading several articles and watching videos I lead to believe it was a cap.

I will upload pic in a bit but would really appreciate some help of what may of gone and what I Can do to repair

    Thanks in advance
I look forward to your help

There will be a connector between the power supply and the logic board ??/and usually there is a 'legend' printed on the Power Supply telling you what voltage etc is supposed to be on the various pins......measure and advise,WITH the pics.
