LG 42" PLASMA 42PC5DC-UL AUSRLHR won't power on

When I plug in the power cord it attempts to turn on immediately but bliks 3 times green just to go back to a red stand by led. When I turn it on with the power button it repeats the same cycle.

After opening it there are no obvious caps blown or burnt components. Any ideas?
