Toshiba satellite l500

Hello everybody,
i tank all members of this forum for their contribution.
everything seem fine when pluging the charger but as soon as i press on the power bouton it start up and stops after eigth seconds. no display.
please i need your help. I have three of this model with the same issue in stor.

1. The computer does not turn the fan. Warming up and shuts down.
2. Power switch is defective.
3. Power IC is defective.

is this laptop start up and display on charged battery ?
i ask this because i get the same issue (it work fine on battery and not on charger startup and after 3 second stop)

rtc battery issue . remove it and all will be fine
