Dell E5530 BIOS refuses to update

Hello.

I recently used a TL866 to re-program my bios.
But now I cant update the BIOS on my E5530.

the bios is stuck at A02.
I have tried through Windows 10 and from a bootable USB.

The laptop restarts and continues boot to windows.
No changes to bios...

Does anyone have a hint ?
