This should resolve common fault on this tv whereby the tv is unresponsive to the remote with standby light on.

note: if the standby light is off, this will not fix the TV.

Please ensure you have troubleshooted the TV ensuring the mainboard is at fault. (ran test patterns etc)

thanks for the information, but i do have a question about that IC chip.. Does the chip have to be program if i buy it new?

Yes the file is in my first post. Upload it to your programmer and transfer it to the blank chip.
