toshiba satellite L655 no power

hello everyone... hope u could help me..
first check was 19v is lo volt it just 2.5v something like that. then i replace one mosfet. then is works its now 19v.

but still no power.
checked 5v and 3.3v ic i found 3.3v only...

Make sure that 5v isn't shorted.

yes it was not shorted. i checked coil, mosfets, and caps around 5v area no short.
