Mouser or Digikey, there should be printing on the top of the fuse for the current and the voltage rating on it. I would use DIGIKEY because they will shipp small order through USPS for about $2.50.
I do not think that fuse will be rated at 15A! Please show the picture of the fuse, some time they will also print the fuse rating on the circuit board also.
That is more like it, 3.15A 250VAC. Does it have T in front of the 3.15A? If it does, then that will be time-delayed type fuse, not a fast-blo type fuse. Ah, it does have T- infront of the 3.15A
