    Without more information, it's hard to offer meaningful advice. One possible cause: The cable from the signal card is not connected to the LCD panel.

    A picture of the back of the monitor showing all the cards would help. Attach it using 'Manage Attachments' - below the text entry area. Also include a description of the original problem.
