Looks like a main board or logic board to me. Uniform spacing on the lines and it's on the whole screen. Main board is my first guess.

I'm sure I've seen this described as a Logic Board fault too.

No. I didn't realize it was 1 and 1/2 hours away and he wants $75. I'm passing.
