Just fixed a D650I-B2 with no picture, and a bluish cast to the screen. Voltages missing on the T-Con made me think it was another bad panel ( which is hackable in some cases.) I was successful with a 70" vizio, but it wasn't necessary in this case. The problem was with the main board. I replaced the power supply too since it was open.

I am working on this exact TV right now (D650I-B2 LWJARPAQ) and it has a bluish tint to the screen. You're saying the main board fixed this issue?

We ended up replacing each LED individually.Comment
