Acer 19" problem with screen

Hi to you all , am new here and i would like to say that this forum is real revelation to me and to say good job for this kind of forum.
Ok first pictures and exact monitor model i will post later , here is my problem : i got this acer with power problem. i fixed power supply, and one of the ccfl-s was dead. Now i have problem with screen. when monitor is on and vga cable connected lcd gives good picture for 2-3s then 2-3s white screen and than again 2-3s picture then white screen. Does anybody knows where to look so i can narrow my search? And what can be cause of this behavior? I checked connectors and they seams to be ok. Aleks

Hi welcome to the forum. Be sure to introduce yourself and let us know about you in the Forum.

Clear pictures of both boards top and bottom will be needed to help find the issue. Can you also let us know the exact model of the monitor so that we know what it is?

Picture of the white screen also, it can be dead T-CON board or the main board is not sending the signal or the voltage to the T-CON.

exact model of lcd is ACER V193HQL
voltage out of the power board to t con board is 5.18 on two leads 3.1 on one lead and 3.2 on power up lead. All caps seams to be ok. what else can i check ?

here are pictures of screen as i said sequence is 2-3 sec. picture with "normal screen" is a bit blurry but it says check cable connection. same thing is when computer is powered up. windows screen 2-3s than white screen like on the picture only without whiter stripe.

i just checked voltages on flat cable going to display. on first picture on flat connector first 5 from bottom voltage 5.18 without display connected. and fluctuation of voltage from 5.0 4.88v this corresponds to picture loss. I guess that problem is on the lcd panel board? but what?

Hi what is the IC at I303 , I only ask as the soldering looks a bit rough in the picture
is it? or is it just the picture. This may be causing the fluctuations. I have read somewhere on badcaps about a screen with a known fault that displays check cable connection. Ill try to find it.

Quick afterthought - try changing the resolution down to 800x600
unlikely to make any difference but worth a try

I303 is 24c16wp i re-soldered pins. just to be sure.

That is an eeprom - if it is corrupt the chances are the monitor will never work unless you can find a replacement logic board. Hopefully that is not the problem.
