Toshiba satellite L630 missing 5v always on.

I have toshiba l630 missing 5v alws. There is 12v b+ if batre plugged. And got 3v alws but missing 5v.
If AC cord plugged b+ become 3.36/4.14v. 3v alws and 5v alws gone. Anyone helped very thanks fully.

Could be q6002 have shorted.

I have checked there is no shorted cap or fet. But caps around CPU have 12ohm with CPU set 32ohm with CPU unset

Q6002 D 19v S 3.40 G 0v
U6000 3. 19v
4. 1.13v
10. 1.16v/1.45v
19. 1.65v
22. 1.25v

Q6400 have 34 ohm D to S , S to D is it normal?

Q6400 seems normal, acok looks like high, you should have 0v on this pin.
Try replace q6002 first maybe its have leakage

Q6002 n channel or p channel.? What is equalivien for that fet

N-channel mosfet. DMN4800LSS, si4800bdy. That have vgs ±25v.
