The other day a friend bought me some stuff in the stuff was a nice D-Link router.
Plugged it in with correct power supply and flicked the switch on the side.
No go.
Tested the power supply that puts out the right volts.
Tested power supply plugged into the device that stayed at 0.2 the whole time.
Now I'm Unsure what to do next.
None of the IC's look fried or discolored.
