I have tried a factory reset. But nothing.

I'm the next 5 days not at home. When I'm back, I will test a DVI-Signal.

I agree with you lexwalker. I think its a wrong terminated highfrequency-signal. Reflektions could explain the error. Possibly the Diodes TVS1-3, maybe the VGA-Cable. But I think a high ripple at the 3.3V-line could explain it to.

Hi, I'm back.
Yesterday I have used another VGA-Cable. The picture was much better. Only on white Parts of the screen was a slight flicker. I don't think that this is a problem. The shadow is gone. Using DVI shows a perfect picture.
I think its time to reassemble the monitor.
