I -think- you're right. [Never had to order one of those.]
Don't forget to check lead spacings.

Thanks PCBONEZ.
I made sure to measure H; L; W; and lead space.
FYI
I'm repairing the control board to an Onan generator (300-3056). It's a first gen. board and is obsolete. The replacement board is a third gen. board that cost about $124 to $188 excluding S&H.
I have not seen resistor like the ones on this board.

What was thought to be a 16D nail turned out to be a very rusted/corroded square drive screw. Like the ones holding the floor in the RV it came out of.
More than likely it fell out of rotten RV floor and got lodged somewhere on the generator.
My brother had already cleaned the cummutator and collector rings. My guess is while he was put it back together, it got knocked loose from its' hidding place and ended up in there.
I'm a little confused on that .1uF film cap. The picture is of a Roederstein MKT1822 part, but the linked datasheet is for Evox-Rifa MMK series film capacitors (the MMK series was originally from Evox). At any rate, if the dimensions for the part from Digi-Key are correct, it should be fine. Made now by Epcos, it was originally a Siemens part, and the dielectric for it and the original Roederstein part is polyester, which is excellent for GP usage.

Power Supplies should be boring: No loud noises, no bright flashes, and no bad smells.
