Are Ceramic Transformer Insulators Repairable? How?

I found two France 12030 P5G-2 Franceformers that had been thrown into a dumpster. One of the transformers has a cracked/broken Neutral (White)/Hot Line (Black or Red) insulator (see photo).

I would like to repair the insulator in order to use it to make a dual neon sign transformer Tesla Coil.

Will a common porcelain repair product work at high temps? If not, is there a way to repair ceramic electrical insulators?

    Thank you

Try using a two part waterproof epoxy adhesive.
