    Toshiba 40RV525R repair (schematics?)

No video and can't check audio without video to switch between inputs.
TV was gifted with "if you fix it, it's yours"
Followed Toshiba Smart Flow and it seems to point to syscon on main board
Power supply 01-PK101V10001 shows following readouts
Pin readouts on PS at P802 expected and (actual)
    1. Gnd
    2. Gnd
    3. 24V Aud> (no reading)
    4. 24V Aud> (no reading)
    5. Gnd
    6. Gnd
    7. Gnd
    8. 12 V> (no reading)
    9. 12V (Panel Pwr.)> (no reading)
    10. 5V>** (no wire in connector but 5V without connector in place) ** indicates standby
    11. 5V>** (5V)
    12. 5V>** (5V)
    13. Pwr. On (Enable) 4.0V< (.07)
    14. AC Det (PWR Good) .07V> (5 V without connector - .04V with connector)
    15. Dim 1.3 to 3.3V< (.02V)
    16. BL On 5V< (.01V)
Notably, when I disconnect pwr board from main board and inverter, and short pin #13 to 5V the readings expected as 24V is only 16V and expected 12V is only around 7V.
If syscon on main board were the issue, I still have the problem with reduced 24 and 12V even without the main.
I can't find any schematics for the boards.
I have limited skills and a voltmeter and a brain if any of that helps.

With power supply forced on what dc voltage are you getting across main cap?
I assume no responsibility for any stupid suggestions I might post.

attached is pic of power board
which of the big caps are you referring to?

The two big ones. Measure across terminals. Don't touch with bare hands they can be lethal

          I only have a voltmeter.
What setting would I use and what readings would I expect?

Capacitor rating is 220v so around 200vdc

              165vdc on each capacitor

Well I don't think this supply has pfc. Someone else will have to jump in as I am learning myself. Only thing I know is your 5v is ok and coming off the small transformer. Your 12 and 24v are low and they come off the big transformer. So something in the driver circuit or ic U101 is probably out of tolerance

according to post #10 in a related link above, there is no pfc on this board??
so what is my next step if any?

With the black meter probe on the negative leg of C102 and positive probe on the positive leg of C101 what DC voltage do you have.
What are the voltages around U101 and what part number is it.
Willing to help but I'm no expert.

U101 is probably on back of board

picture attached of back of board and U101 area. I'm not sure where to measure.

Set voltmeter higher. Part number of ic U101

Voltmeter set on 200V DC reading is 1
Set the voltmeter to the next highest range since 1 = over-range.

What is the part number written on top of U101

I find nothing for that part number. And I am no good reading schematics.

The 332V looks fine but like dskall I cannot find anything under the part number given.

Took another look, difficult to read but looks like the part # SSC9502S and compared to Google images
