I have a 2012 RCA LED52B45RQ im getting 120 to the board but theres no clicking and no light on what can i check just to get power to come on

. i also need to know if there are fuses i found a power lead to second board looked like it arced .

How about the pioneer, there is a red led on the power board, under what circumstance the led will light up.
