Acer 1715 Fs - White screen

Hi guys. I have a Acer 1715 Fs monitor. All i am getting is a white screen. With or without PC connected. Looks to me like back-light is working but thats all. I cant even access the menu panel on the monitor as when i press the buttons nothing happens. I have taken the case apart and checked for cold solder and capacitor issues. Everything looks OK. I don't mind messing about more but i don't know what the issue could be. Any ideas any one?

White screen usually means either a bad connection between the board where your monitor cable is connected, and the board sitting on the top of the panel (behind a cover), or a blown fuse on the board on the top the panel. If the fuse is blown, it can be just a fluke, or a symptom of something else wrong.
