These generic PSUs are relatively easy to "upgrade". Fit a center tapped EI/ERL core 39 or 44 size main transformer, 15Amp main switchers to experiment with the circuit's limits.

I might just simply replace the main transistors (given my big 13009s work), use some good rectifiers on the secondary and it might just put out a solid 350W? The heatsinks are pretty good.
