Zotac GTX 970 Dual Fan inductor ? replacement

    Hey guys

Picked up a card recently that needed a bit of tlc.

Works perfectly but I have noticed the top of this component has come off.

Could anyone confirm exactly what it is and what the markings refer to?

And maybe where to pick one up

    Thanks!

Edit so far I can make out it is a 1.0uH inductor. How do I figure out how much current it should be rated for?

judging by its size i think it won't be more than 2-3 Amps, you can always use a coil with the same inductance and higher current rating.

I wouldn't worry about it. Inductors typically have 20% tolerance, so the top part missing like that won't cause too much of a change in inductance. Now, if the core under the wire is cracked, that may affect it enough to make things not function. But since the video card is working, I would just leave it alone. There are a lot of thick Copper traces in those areas, and without the right tools, you'll struggle to remove the old one.
