Has been a few years since this was posted. I have recently purchased a w101 v2 and am wondering if there has been any success getting the uefi to 64 bit? I would appreciate any help as I need to have 64 bit Windows on this ASAP. Thanks!

No can do. Hardware limitation (for all intents and purposes that is). Newer /faster bay trail (such as in the Asus T200TA) does use 64 bit UEFI and will come with x64 windows. Return the tablet if you can (they're poorly made POS's anyway) and buy something with full x64 support instead.
