Any1 have a Weller MLR-21?

I've some problem with a second-hand one, and after opening the handle, I think there's something wrong on the cable connection to the heater element PCB - so if anyone has said soldering pen, I'd be grateful for a closeup on the PCB - also any other info on pins etc would be good.

LR21 is similar, but not quite MLR looks like that...
