I realy NEED your help Acer Spire 3820T

it does not power at all.
i`m stuck on pic 1 at U27 with voltage output.

    VOUT1=0 VOUT2=0

vout1 and vout2 needs to be outputing before after pressing the button?

Just cook it! It's already broken.

Think the fastest way to determine where the fault could be, is to post voltages of all pins...

I would check L45,L40 & all pins of U27 against ground for shorts...
Also check voltages at SIO (u17) pin 19,46,76,88 & 115...

                ok
they all shorted to ground , even the fets around u18 and 15
every thing that does not have a value on the first picture its 0 and shorted to ground

You need to desolder both coils & check which pads are shorted...

Also looks there's some residue of flux around fets and U27...Where did you get that mobo?

                            Technically yes...
                            You may have 5V_PWR, 3D3V_PWR rail & U27 shorted or/also fets...
That's why I've been asking where did you get mobo...
Last week I bought some laptops from bankrupt IT shop ( now i know, why they bankrupted, lol) & every one has been badly reworked, many rails shorted on one he reflowed CPU socket & melted plastic(such a moron)...

                                      starting from pin1 ENTRIP1 to pin 24 VOUT1
                                      Ground to each pin
                                      1: 58.9 kOhm
                                      2: 16 kOhm keep rising
                                      3: 115.3 kOhm
4: 0.6 Ohm and it beeps with continuity
                                      5: 4.7 kOhm
                                      6: 59.1 kOhm
                                      7: 474.5 kOhm
                                      8: 54 kOhm

24: falling and rising fro 500 kOhm till 1 kOhm the goes back up up and down up and down.
i think its charging and discharging the caps.
                                      so?
                                      should i replace it? ?
