i see you were referring to one of C110 or C121 as the C15 in the schematic i supplied you.
maybe you are right, but one thing is sure, i have not in my hands the right schematic, for the power and main board

Yes forget C15 I am not referring to c15 on the board. I am not using the schematics until we can prove it.
Can you carefully test the voltage across the legs of the two caps c110 and c128 You have to get the polarity of the probes right.

C121 5,6V and C110 9,6V with the main board NOT connected.
